The Smoke and Grill competition is back!
Do you think you can out BBQ your neighbor? If you think you are the best BBQ chef we are looking for you! All meat entries will be judged on TASTE, TEXTURE, and APPEARANCE. The three meats that are being judged are, pork butt, beef brisket, and chicken breast or thigh. An additional side entry is allowed and will be judged by the People’s Choice.
